1. Why should I be worried about being prepared?

Mr. Prepared says surviving is better. Mr. Prepared wants you to make sure that you’ve taken care of your family by ensuring their safety with Mr. Prepared’s approved products, whether it is an emergency, disaster or just an every day safety issue. 3. What is Mr. Prepared’s “3P” Rating System?
Mr. Prepared rates all products using this system:

- 2P’s = You’re Getting There!

4. What is “My Emergency Card®” and why do I need one?
a. Everyone should carry “My Emergency Card®,” Emergency personnel, police, fire and EMS are trained to look for “My Emergency Card” first during an emergency. It has your basic emergency information on it like medical, prescriptions medication, allergies, as well as personal information, your name, age, address, phone, blood type, etc. It even allows you to specify who to contact first. For example, you could list your wife, mother, and father. It even has blood and organ donor information (the highest honor). Donor’s in my opinion are very special people.
5. Do I need a generator? It seems as if they are really expensive and you don’t get to use them very often.
a. Mr. Prepared says: If the Power goes out a generator is the best way to save the food in the refrigerator and have lights at night. You do have flashlights in your 72 hour kit right? Every generator that Mr. Prepared has approved is electric start and easy for anyone to use. Trust Mr. P, although you hopefully won’t need it often, having one will really make your life much better in the event that you do need it.

6. What is a 72 hour kit and why are there so many choices?
a. A 72 hour kit, includes the bare necessities you need to last for 72 hours in the event of a disaster or emergency. There are many choices depending on how many people you need to be able to provide for during the 72 hour period. There are also 72 hour kits that are bare bones, and some that have some added luxuries included.

7. What is a reserve food pack?
a. A reserve food pack is like a “food-to-go” Emergency Kit. It should contain enough food for 7 days per person. Mr. P has rated all of his products using his “3P” system, based on his expert opinion. Remember you never know when you might have to feed some of your neighbors, you do know their names by now don’t you!

8. How can I prepare my pets for an emergency?
a. That’s a great question, and too many people often forget about to prepare for them in these kinds of situations. The solution is to get a kit for them too. Food, water and medicine are some of the things you will need to get for them.
